If ordering product in-stock, the delivery time is 5-10 working days from the date the payment is received on our end. It may take up to 8 weeks for delivery of the product not currently in-stock. This yield time is necessary as most of our products being made to order. Only a smaller selection of items are in-stock.

What are shipping costs to countries in Europe and North America?
The shipping within EU and North America is free. For all order with delivery address in Europe and North American countries the shipping, handling, taxes and customs fees are included in the total amount of the order and are itemized on the checkout page. No additional fees will be request at the time of the delivery. Orders under $800 shipped to the United States are not subject to customs duty fees, brokerage or handling charges. For orders over $800 customs duty and brokerage or handling fees will be applied and the recipient is responsible to cover this cost when applicable. Since these fees are determined by local authorities, we are unable to itemize these additional charge on the checkout page. Personal identification may be requested by the shipping service for clearance by customs.
What are the shipping costs to Rest of the World?
The shipping is free. Please note that Non-European Union residents, even offshore provinces such as the Canary Islands, Faroe Islands and the Channel Islands are responsible for import and duty fees, wherever applicable. Please contact your local Customs Department to find out more about the applicable customs duties.
How will be my order delivered?
FedEx will deliver your package directly to the specified delivery address on your sales order. Please be sure that someone over 18 will be at this address during the typical FedEx delivery times Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM. You will receive the tracking number via Arterfly/FedEx email when the package leaves our warehouse. How can I check on the delivery status of my order?
If you haven’t received your tracking number, you can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the status of your order. Please include your order number in the subject field of the email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification by Arterfly/FedEx with the tracking number of your package. What if nobody is available to accept the package at the time of delivery?
FedEx delivers weekdays during business hours and delivery times cannot be pre-booked. For these reasons we strongly recommend you provide us with a delivery address where you will be available to receive the package between Monday and Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
If you were unavailable at the time of delivery we suggest contacting FedEx with your tracking number to arrange the delivery of the package to the address of your choice. If FedEx is unable to deliver the package or unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the package to Artefly.
Perhaps your work address is the best delivery address? Please remember to indicate the company name and, if applicable, gate codes, suite, floor or department numbers, and if necessary please inform the doorkeeper or receiving department. We highly recommend including your mobile/cell phone number when ordering if possible. FedEx delivery policies differ from country to country, your local FedEx agent will either call you in advance to arrange for the delivery of the package or they will attempt to deliver the package once and leave a notification with a toll free number for you to call to arrange a new delivery.
