How well will the cover fit on my sofa?
Klippan and Strandmon sofa covers are made to fit exactly, just like the covers created by your furniture manufacturer. All items go through a thorough quality control process to ensure an optimal fit. We have spent a lot of time testing, adjusting cut plans and testing fabric shrinkage to achieve maximum fitting.
What materials and fabrics are used to make our covers?
We use only the highest quality 100% cotton materials, made in the EU and sewn in the Czech Republic. They have been carefully selected and tested for maximum durability and ease of cleaning. Please refer to each item page for exact material descriptions.
How do you work with the patterns and how is the printing process?
We print on high grammage fabrics that have undergone several stages of treatment to prepare them for digital printing. All patterns are prepared by our designers and are printed on fabric in a repeating continuous pattern. What does this mean? The pattern is always repeated after a few metres and at the moment it comes to our seamstresses, according to the cutting plan, the different parts are cut out for the final sewing. Here, the pattern is shifted on the individual parts and an original product is always created.
Can I wash the cover in the washing machine?

Are there shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs. Artefly delivers free of charge throughout Europe via PPL and Parcel Post.
How can I pay for my purchase?
Purchases can be made by credit card or via the secure Shoptet Pay checkout, PayPal, cash on delivery or bank transfer to our account.
How long after I place my order will I receive the cover?
For items in stock, the average delivery time within the Czech Republic is 2-3 working days, across Europe 5-10 working days. For goods that are not in stock at the time of order, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.
What is the shipping method used?
All orders are shipped via PPC or parcel delivery.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase within 10 working days after we receive the product in a clean and unused condition. Refunds are made by the original method of payment at the time of purchase.
