We strive for a complete customer satisfaction. Please inspect your purchase for quality and workmanship defects immediately after delivery. If you are for any reason unhappy with the item, you may return it within 14 days of a receipt for a full refund. The item has to be in its original packaging and unused condition. To initiate the return, please contact our customer service by email. We will issue RMA number and shipping label by a courier of our choice. The shipping cost and taxes will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to you via the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a return if any of the criteria above isn’t met.
When should I expect the refund?
When Artefly’s return department receives your return request and it meets the requirements we will process your refund. Please remember that the shipping fees will only be refunded for guarantee claims. Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse we will verify the condition of the items which may take up to 10 days. Upon completed inspection, we will notify you via e-mail that your refund has been processed. The time frame of the funds showing up on your credit card depends on the transaction times of your financial institution issuing the credit card.
How much will the return cost?
The return shipping fee will be calculated by standard FedEx rates. If all conditions of the return policy are met, we will refund the amount of all returned items back to your form of payment, minus the shipping costs. If import and duty fees weren’t collected by Artefly at the time of purchase, you will need to request reimbursement by the Customs of the respective country. The brokerage/handling fee will not be reimbursed.
What to do if the original packaging is not reusable?
For hassle-free returns we require the original packaging however if the original packaging is damaged beyond use, you can replace it with a comparable packing free of any labels or barcodes.
What is Artefly’s Guarantee?
We guarantee that Artefly slipcovers will last for over 2 years with normal residential use. Normal use is defined as placement in a normal home environment and Care Guide advice was followed. The start date is of the guarantee period is the date your receive the product. Should you discover a defect in material or workmanship please notify Artefly customer service immediately and we will initiate the guarantee process. Artefly will either correct the defect if possible or replace the item. You will receive an equivalent product or your money back if we no longer carry the item or fabric you originally ordered.
